Drummer, bandleader, composer, vocalist, and son-of-a-jazz icon, T.S. Monk leads his veteran sextet through intricate and quirky hard-bop arrangements penned by trumpeter Don Sickler and others. To honor his father's legacy and support the efforts of education, Thelonious turned much of his attention toward forming the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz.
