This exhibition features some 80, little known and scarcely studied, drawings by European masters belonging to public and private Portuguese collections. It spans a period from the end of the fifteenth century up to 1800 and consists of five sections: two of them devoted to the Italian school, one to the North European school, another to the French school and the last one is devoted to almost twenty drawings by Portuguese artists active in Portugal.
